The Focus Community Centre is a vibrant and thriving venue in the heart of Galashiels. They offer education, recreation and leisure-time activities which include: yoga, art classes, singing and walking.
They also provide and promote classes, support groups, private functions and community events, including 2 residential organisations namely Borders in Recovery and Borders Additional Needs, for the residents of the town and the surrounding area.
How You Can Help?
The Focus Community Centre is having an area of its premises refurbished where the ladies and gents bathroom/shower room facilities are being converted to allow for more storage space. Hence, they are looking for someone to paint/decorate the area following its revamp.
