Welcome to the For Communities section of ESESCommunities.org
"Community benefits” are the method by which local communities and good causes are encouraged to receive additional social value from the supply chain of businesses delivering publicly funded contracts and developments.
The portal has been developed to allow community and not-for-profit organisations in the region to make specific requests for community benefits with the aim of matching them to appropriate businesses.
All organisations should read our gudiance notes before registering to submit a request:

There is no definitive list of what can be requested, but examples may include improvements to outdoor or indoor community spaces, in-kind time of labour/volunteering, requesting excess materials from construction projects, administrative of logistical support.
