Funded by the Edinburgh & South East Scotland City Region Deal, the new units at Lochgelly Industrial Park will form part of the Fife Industrial Innovation Investment Programme (i3 programme).

Located within the existing business park at The Avenue, the site has ideal road and rail transport links within Lochgelly.

Business units will be suitable for use by light industrial, office, manufacturing or storage.

Innovation Investment Programme (i3 programme)

i3 is a ten-year, £9.4m programme of developments and infrastructure improvements which will drive the creation of over 1,000 job.

The new developments in Glenrothes marked the first of these to be completed and will be followed by the construction of industrial units in Kirkcaldy, Lochgelly and Dunfermline initially.
