Parkinson's UK Launch New Grants

Parkinson's UK are the leading charity in the United Kingdom dedicated to improving the lives of everyone affected by Parkinson's. As a people-powered movement, their mission encompasses funding groundbreaking research to find better treatments and ultimately a cure, providing essential information and life-changing support services, and campaigning for better health and care for the Parkinson's community.
Parkinson's UK have release 2 new funding opportunities for communities - Marginalised Community Grant and the Physical Activity Grant.

Marginalised Community Grant
Eligible Locations - Fife and City of Edinburgh
Application Deadline 10th August 2025
Individuals with Parkinson's in marginalised UK communities can now access our new grants pilot, providing up to £3,000 to fund participation in local physical activity classes and boost activity levels.
Physical Activity Grants Programme
Through the Parkinson's UK Physical Activity Grants Programme, we support a wide range of groups to develop and deliver physical activity opportunities. Our goal is to ensure more people with Parkinson's can become and remain active.
Their programme priorities;
"We are looking for innovative and new projects that will:
● Help people with Parkinson’s become and stay active, or
● Help people with Parkinson’s who are already active to significantly
increase their levels of physical activity."
