Social Enterprise Directory 2025

We launched the first version of our directory in 2024 with a focus on presenting suppliers and contractors with a tangible 'go to' list of socially responsible businesses who could provide services required. 

Since the first version we have continued to expand the directory to showcase social enterprises/CICs/local organisations with an excellent social ethos within Edinburgh, Fife, the Scottish Borders and the Lothians. 

The directory is open to social businesses across the region who play an important role in their community and are ‘business ready’ for various opportunities that are created during the lifetime of large City Region Deal infrastructure builds.

The downloadable PDF will be refreshed twice a year, and is aimed to further the impact of the spend of ESES CRD projects. 

The directory complements the Community Wealth Building activity within the region and touches on some of the priorities of the ESES CRD CWB Pledge by promoting the CWB ethos, promoting more local supply chain opportunities to socially minded businesses.
