Interviews with Social Enterprises
ESEN supports, promotes and develops Social Enterprise in Edinburgh and serves as a hub creating social and economic growth. To do so they sit down with Social Enterprises in the city to hear about the work they do, who they help and what they have to offer.
One of their newest interviews is with Pianodrome, who create unique playable, community-centred sculptures made entirely from otherwise disused pianos at their new venue in Bruntsfield (available here: https://youtu.be/m_slKFaabY8)
To increase knowledge and get other perspectives on social enterprise from around the UK, they also recently spoke with the Oh Yeah Centre in Belfast, originally setup by Gary Lightbody of Snow Patrol.
Oh Yeah is a dedicated hub for music in Northern Ireland with rehearsal and recording studios, a live music venue, mentoring, programmes, talent development and more (available here: https://youtu.be/YWLMDCwkmhY)
More interviews from this trip will be online in the next few weeks including an interview with the Australian band Speed, The Cab in Newport, Freestyle Skateshop in Newport and Rise above Cancer CIC from Neath in Wales.
