Founded in 1924, Fetlor Youth Club supports children and young people in North Edinburgh to develop their resilience, enabling them to achieve their potential and fulfil their ambitions.

Each week, the team welcome 300 individuals offering them all the opportunity to have fun, gain additional skills and enjoy new experiences as well as to consume a hot, healthy meal in a safe and supportive environment.

Skilled youth workers take the time to build trust and confidence, even in times of challenge, hardship and real need.

All activities and food are provided FREE OF CHARGE to everyone who comes to the club.

 

How Can You Support Fetlor Youth Club?

In recent times, Fetlor have acquired a new minibus and so are able to offer a much more varied and diverse range of activities out with the club’s premises.

As a result, coordinating and overseeing these endeavours has meant that Youth Work staff need to be far more ‘mobile’ and ‘on the go.’

Donations towards the purchase of an iPad would therefore be really beneficial to allow support workers, especially the Youth Work Manager the ability to work flexibly and away from their desk i.e. be more in and around the children and young people who frequent the services.
