Help create a new wildflower meadow in Roslin Glen

Roslin Community Development Trust

Status: Open Request
Location: Roslin Glen Country Park
Town: Roslin

Description

Roslin Community Development Trust will be working with the Midlothian Ranger Service to create a new wildflower meadow in Roslin Glen. The wildflower meadow will be created with a mixture of annual and perennial native plants suitable for this very special site and will benefit wildlife and, of course, visitors.

The work will mainly be carried out by volunteers, but we are looking for donations towards wildflower seeds and the necessary groundwork to remove existing vegetation and create a fine seedbed.
